How to set the default terms
Before you start
- You have the Site manager or Central manager role.
- The terms apply to the site selected in the context bar at the top.
- You know the fee type, the rate or amount, the settlement grouping and from which day they apply.
Steps
- Press Agreements in the screen bar.
- In the Site default terms card press New default terms from…. The form opens with the terms in force today.
- In Fee type choose "Percentage in oil" or "Monetary fee in oil".
- Type the Rate % (e.g.
8or8.5) or the Fee €/kg of gross oil (e.g.0.12), with at most 4 decimals. - In Settlement choose "Settlement per batch" or "Consolidated settlement".
- Give Valid from. It must be after the date of the latest version.
- Press Review the change. The What will change box says in words the new terms, what applies until then and that existing agreements do not change now.
- Press Save the new default terms from …. If asked, sign in again.
- You see "The new default terms from … were saved.". The focus moves to the apply button, so that you can also move the producers who follow the default terms: see How to apply new default terms.
What if…
- …I want to change something before saving. Press Change the details or change a field; the review runs again.
- …it says "The date must be after …". Default terms are never corrected backwards. Give a later date.
- …it says "Someone else changed the terms meanwhile…". Your input was kept. Check the history and press again.
