How to apply new default terms

Before you start

You have the Site manager or Central manager role.
Default terms are in force on the date you will give (How to set the default terms).

Press Agreements.
In the Site default terms card find Apply to the producers who follow the default terms.
Give From date, today or later. Below the field you read which version and terms will be applied.
Press Apply to the producers who follow the default terms from …. If asked, sign in again.
You see "Version … of the default terms was applied from …" and the counts:
- Moved: how many producers got a new version;
- Exceptions (own terms), unchanged: how many have their own terms;
- Already on these terms: how many did not need to change;
- Not moved: how many have an intake on or after the date, or a later version.
The agreement list reloads with the new terms.

…I press twice. The second apply changes nothing; everyone counts as "Already on these terms".
…some are "Not moved". Open their agreement from the list. If needed, give a new version from a later date.
…a producer with own terms should change too. The apply does not touch them; give them a new version (How to give a producer their own terms).
