How to give a producer their own terms
Before you start
- You have the Site manager or Central manager role.
- The producer has an agreement at the site (it is created automatically at their first intake).
Steps
- Press Agreements.
- Find the producer with Search and press their name.
- Press New version (own terms). The form opens with their current terms.
- Choose the Fee type, type the rate or amount, choose Settlement and give Valid from.
- Press Review the change and read What will change: the new terms, that the current version ends the day before, that intakes already made keep their version, and that applying new default terms will no longer change this producer.
- Press Create and activate version … from …. If asked, sign in again.
- You see "Version … was activated from …". In the Version history the new version shows "Own terms" and "Current".
What if…
- …it says "Version … was created as a draft but not activated". The version shows as "Draft, not in force". Fix the cause (e.g. the date) or press Activate version … from ….
- …there is already an intake after the date. The activation is refused; choose a date after the last intake.
- …I want them back on the default terms. Not available on the screen yet. You can give a new version with the same terms as the defaults, but it stays "Own terms".
