Screen: Oil withdrawals
How to give a producer their oil (withdrawal)
Before you start
- The producer has a finalized settlement at this site, so they have settled oil.
- A tank at the site holds stock of the same oil class.
- The request is created by the Cashier and settlement officer or a manager. The Warehouse and tank operator can also make the delivery.
Steps: the request
- Press Oil withdrawals in the row of screens.
- Press New withdrawal request and find the producer.
- Pick the oil class. Its balance is shown next to it.
- Enter the kg (e.g.
120.5) and press Create request. The request opens.
Steps: the delivery
- In the Deliver oil section, enter the kg in the tank you fill from. If you fill from two tanks, enter kg in both.
- If you hand over less than the open kg, tick Partial delivery. The rest stays open on the same request for next time.
- Press Confirm delivery. The delivery appears in the Deliveries list with a
W-…number. - Print the paper for signing. See How to print the delivery paper.

What if…
- …no tank is shown. No tank holds stock of this class. Check Tanks.
- …the producer will not come for the rest. Close the request with a reason; see Close.
- …I entered the wrong kg and confirmed. A manager reverses the delivery; see How to reverse a delivery.
