Lot origin from a parcel
Before you start
- The intake is open in Fast intake.
- The producer has active parcels (Producers screen, Parcels section). Otherwise you write the origin as text, as always.
Steps
- On the lot card, under Origin, choose Parcel.
- In the list The producer's parcel choose the field ("ΚΑΕΚ – name – area"). Enter moves to Variety.
- Continue as always: weight and Accept lot.
- The accepted card, the review before completing, the receipt and the Lot detail show "ΚΑΕΚ – name" as the origin.

The next lot (Add lot or Ctrl+L) copies the same parcel, marked "Copied from previous lot". Check it.
Note: A lot has a parcel or free text, never both. If you typed text and then chose Parcel, only the parcel is sent.
What if…
- …you do not see the «Parcel» choice. The producer has no active parcels ("The producer has no active parcels…") or the list did not load. Write the origin as text.
- …you see "The parcel was deactivated meanwhile…". Someone deactivated it. The lot was not created. Choose another or write text and press again.
- …you chose the wrong parcel on an accepted lot. The origin does not change after acceptance. Tell the Site manager.
