Screen: New tenant onboarding
How to follow the user invitations
After the tenant is created, the system sends an invitation email to each user in the background. With the invitation the user sets their own password and confirms their email.
Before you start
- Your role is Platform operator (tenant onboarding) and you are the one who uploaded the file. The users' emails are visible only to you; others see "(visible to the uploading operator only)".
- The screen shows the batch's 4. Result.
Steps
- Look at the User invitations table. For each user you see Pending, Sent or "Failed: … (N attempts)".
- Press Refresh the batch and invitation statuses after a while, to see the new statuses.
- When all say Sent, the Batch status becomes "completed".
- If the status is "tenant created, some invitations failed", see which failed and how many attempts were made. Invitations marked Pending have not been sent yet; refresh again later.
- If you decide no more attempts should be made, press Close the batch: stop the N pending invitations.
- For a new tenant, press Onboard another tenant.

What if…
- …an invitation says "Failed". The tenant is already created. Check that the platform's email sending works and that the user's email is right. The screen has no button to resend a single invitation.
- …I close the screen. Sending goes on in the background.
- …the user cannot find the email. They should check their spam folder. The email goes to the address in the Email column of the Users sheet.
