How to copy to all sites

Before you start

The company has more than one site.
You are the Central manager, or a Site manager at every site of the company. Otherwise the button does not show, and the server refuses the copy.
What can be copied: the site's charges, the site's default terms, or a producer's terms to the same producer at the other sites.

Open the source: Charges, or Agreements for the default terms, or a producer's agreement.
Press Copy to all sites….
Give Effective from (today or later). The text says what will happen at how many sites.
Press the button that names the copy, e.g. Copy the charges to 2 sites from ….
If asked, sign in again. The same request is sent once and the same screen opens again.
The Result per site table shows for each site "Created", "New version", "Unchanged (same terms)" or, for the charges, how many were created, versioned or skipped (retired).

…it says "The copy is not allowed…". You do not hold the role at every site. Nothing changed: the copy happens at all sites or at none.
…it says "The date is not accepted…". A site already has a version from that date or later. Give a later one.
…it says "The company has a single site…". There is nowhere to copy to.
