How charges enter the settlement

Before you start

A settlement draft is open.
Mandatory charges go in on their own. You add the optional ones and enter the units where needed.

In the draft find the Additional charges section.
Mandatory charges are ticked and locked ("Mandatory (locked)").
Tick an optional charge to add it, or untick it to remove it.
For a per unit charge type the Units, a whole number. 0 is allowed.
Press Save the charges and recalculate the draft. The server recalculates.
Check the Totals in kg of oil and in € table: the producer's oil, the mill fee, each charge, the net to the producer. The figures are the server's.
Finalize as usual: see How to finalize a settlement.

…you see "BLOCKER — A mandatory per-unit charge has no units". Enter the units (0 allowed) and save. Until then finalize is not allowed.
…it says "Save the charge changes first". You changed something without saving it.
…it says "Someone else changed the settlement…". The draft was reloaded and your choices kept. Press save again.
…the € column shows —. There is no reference price; the settlement has a price blocker.
